• Education

 

1. Department of Arabic: In this department the Jamia imparts education from Arabic first year to revision of Hadith. Jamia also teaches the Takmeelat (completions) such as Takmeel-e-Hadees, Takmeel-e-Tafseer, Takmeel-e-Adab (Literature). The house keeping skills are also taught.

 

2. Department of Tajweed (phonetics) and Qiraat (recitation): In this department, the complete method of Imam Hafs’s Qiraat is being taught. The necessary exercises of Qiraat and education of Tajweed is given to the students of all Arabic classes.

 

3. Department of Handwriting: This department provides the art of good handwriting and calligraphy to the students.

 

4   Department of Teacher Training: This department has been established for the graduate students of the Jamia, so that when they complete their studies, they are ready and able to prepare the next generation and become an ideal for the society. The graduate students are appointed in the Jamia as an Assistant Teacher for two years. Jamia takes care of them, provides residence and food and gives to them monthly scholarship throughout these two year.

 

5   Department of Computer Education:  The Computer has become an essential part of life in today’s advanced era. Not only it is necessary to introduce it to the girl students, it is also the demand of modern period. The computer is very useful and best source for the religious, educational and Dawa’t activities and also helps in writing and composing of books in a very fast and finer way. Realizing its importance, the Jamia has established this particular department and admissions are open for properly training the girl students in computer education.

 

6. Modern Education Equaling to 12^th standard: There are two reasons for the establishment of this department. The first is that if the student wishes to continue her studies after passing out the Jamia and wants to take admission in a university, or any other institution they can do so easily. Jamia is working hard for this and insha’Allah will achieve its goal very soon. One important thing is that the subjects chosen by the department are very essential and as per need of today’s life; such as :

• English language equaling intermediate as per NCERT syllabus,
• Urdu language equaling intermediate,
• Urdu literature equaling intermediate,
• Home Science,
• Maths as per NCERT syllabus,
• Philosophy,
• Social Science,
• General Knowledge; and,
• History of India.

 

• 2 Library:

 

Library is an essential part of any educational institute. That is why the Jamia is focusing on

providing the books from the very beginning. There are more then 1500 books in the Jamia

library which includes both the curriculum and extra-curriculum of all fields. The topics of these

books vary, and these are in fields of arts, sciences and literature. The number of books shall

increase day by day insha’Allah.

 

4.3   Hostel:

 

Jamia Tul Bananat al-Islmia has a girls’ Hostel with all the modern facilities. There is a Generator, available in case of emergency. R.O. facility for the drinking water is also provided in the hostel from hygienic point of view.

 

4.4   Jamia Maktaba:

 

This department was established to supply the course books to the students in one place at

reasonable prices  and thus to save their time and energy in searching the books.

 

4.5          Building & Constructions:

 

Construction of new buildings, whitewashing and maintenance and decoration are the duties of

this department. From the foundation day the Jamia is growing day by day, so this department is

more active than the other departments. There is no specific time for the construction work. Whether it is school time or vacation period, the department continues with its construction activities. During the last 14 years, the department has completed many a works, i.e. buildings that reflect its hard work as well as the best production in it own kind.

 

• Department of Accounts:

 

This department is very important and sensitive of its kind. The department was founded since the

inception of the Jamia. All income and expense data of the Jamia comes under the purview of this

department. Checking of bills of all the departments, approvals of their payments, salaries of

teachers, students’ funds and all type of expenses are handled by this department. Here all the

income and expenditure is maintained, accounts-wise and department by department. No item is

entered without vouchers nor taken into account without approved bills. The funds related to each

department of the Jamia are under the direct control of the Chairman through the department. To

prepare annual budget and to maintain its expenses within limits are responsibilities of the

department concerned.

 

• Mess

 

The responsibility of mess is to make food, provide the necessary items, distribution of food,

maintain the record of students and their account in this regard. Alhamdu’lillah the standard of the

department is very good and it always strives to serve quality food. But, if unfortunately, any

student makes any complaint regarding the mess, action is taken promptly and the problem solved

very fast. This department is fulfilling its responsibilities from its founding day in a dedicated

manner
